In response to the New UI No. format for Foreign Nationals policy promulgated by Ministry of the Interior starting from January 2 2021, the New UI No. will apply the same format as the National IDs issued to local natives, i.e. with one letter followed by nine numbers. We recommend you pay attention to the following information:

- Change personal data for your registered HappyCash card
Cardholders can apply to change personal data for registered HappyCash cards with the new UI No. of Foreign Nationals issued by Ministry of the Interior National Immigration Agency via following ways：
1.Fill out the Change Request Form with the new and old ID copies (both of front and back sides) attached and send it back to us (HappyCash, Yuan Hsin Digital Payment Co. Ltd.) via registered mail.
*You may obtain the Change Request Form and Return Envelope via the following ways:
-The Change Request Form can be obtained from our Ban-Qiao Service Center or downloaded from the official website (https://www.happycashcard.com.tw/cp/upload/1031015_change.pdf).
-The Return Envelope can be obtained from our Ban-Qiao Service Center or the designated outsourced agencies where you can purchase HappyCash cards.
2.The aforementioned change request will be completed within 7 working days after receiving your complete documents as required.
